What do I do if my deposit isn't reflecting in my portfolio?

Depending on the type of transfer you made, regular payments can take some time to reflect due to interbank transfer delays, which we do not have any control over.

If an immediate or instant payment was created, it will reflect usually within a few minutes but may take up to two hours. If your deposit hasn’t reflected, you can reach out to our support team at support@revix.com or use the on-site web messenger found at the bottom right of your screen. You will need to provide us with the original PDF proof of payment, and we can check this with our finance team.
