How do I verify my Revix account?

Upon signing up with Revix, you'll need to confirm your identity before you can dive into investing. Not to worry, this process is a breeze - even simpler than opening a bank account!

Here's your step-by-step guide to verifying your account on the Revix app:

Start by answering a few questions about your intended use of your Revix account, such as your projected investment amount for the next month and year, your employment status, investing experience, and the source of your funds.
Have your ID card, passport, driver’s licence, or another identity document handy. This document should include your full legal name and surname, date of birth, and a clear ID photo. Please note, we're unable to accept black-and-white or low-quality photos/scans, or screenshots of identity documents.
Follow the on-screen prompts to position your document for a clear photo within the frame.
You'll then be asked to take a sharp selfie of your face. We use this to verify your identity against the document provided. Ensure your face is clearly visible during this process. We do this to ensure that it’s actually you opening a Revix account to protect you against identity fraud.
Your identity should typically be verified within a few minutes, though in rare instances, it might take a day or two.

Pro Tips:
When verifying your account, make sure you're in a well-lit room.
Only submit documents that belong to you.
The name and surname on your identity document should match the information you signed up with.
