How do I update my account information?

Once you have submitted your personal information for verification, you cannot change these details manually.

If you would like to change your phone number, email address, reset your two-factor authentication or update any other personal information on your account, please reach out to our Support Team via email at or send us a message via our on-site web messenger found at the bottom right corner of your screen.

If you'd like to close your account, let us know by contacting our Support Team. Alternatively, you can initiate this process via your app by navigating to your Profile, then tapping on “Security”. Here, you’ll see an option to delete your Revix account.
